Your service board, your bookings, your customers.
One screen for every ticket in the shop, bookings that arrive as requests you approve, and a service history that stays attached to the bike. Your first four months are free.
4 months free, then $40/month. No card required.
The way it runs on Cycologist
- The board is on every device, and the rider sees the stage too
- Status updates once and answers the question before it's asked
- Every ticket has the bike, the customer and the complaint on it
- The bike's whole history is there when it comes back in
- Analytics show you who's gone quiet, so you can bring them back
The way most service departments run
- A whiteboard that only works if you're standing in front of it
- The phone ringing to ask "is it ready yet?"
- Paper tickets that go missing between the bench and the counter
- No record of what you did for this bike two years ago
- Customers you never hear from again and never notice leaving
What's included
All of it, for every shop. There's no upper tier holding features back.
Kanban service board
Every open ticket by stage, from received through waiting on a part, in progress, and ready for pickup. Drag it across; the rider's view updates with it.
Booking intake
Riders request service from the app with the bike and the problem already filled in. You accept or decline — nothing hits your board until you say so.
Walk-ins too
Someone wheels a bike in off the street, you make a ticket at the counter. They don't need the app for you to track the job.
Analytics
Average turnaround, monthly volume, repeat customers, and who has gone dormant — the numbers you'd otherwise be guessing at.
Engage
Send a promotion or post an event to your own customer list. Your customers are yours; we don't rent them out to anybody.
Verified shop badge
Post in the rider community with a badge, and mark the reply that actually answers the question. Useful expertise, seen by riders near you.
Getting set up
Shop accounts are set up by us rather than self-serve, so your shop record, staff and existing customers are configured correctly from day one.
Email shops@cycologist.bike with your shop name, address and a contact, and we'll get you running. We'll reply to arrange a time rather than leaving you to work it out from a help page.
Billing
Your first four months are free, then it's $40 a month, flat. Not per ticket, not a percentage of the repair, and no fee for a customer finding you. Your repair revenue is your own. See pricing for the full breakdown.
There's no card to put on file to get started, and billing isn't switched on yet at all. When it is, it will be monthly by card through this website — never through the app — and we'll tell you well before the first charge, not after it.
What happens if a subscription lapses
Once billing exists: your data is not deleted. The service tools become read-only until billing is current again, and your tickets and customer history are all still there when you come back.
What we ask of you
Keep the board roughly current. The whole promise to the rider is that the stage they see is the real one — a board that's three days stale is worse than no board at all. It's a few taps per ticket, but it only works if it happens.
